Well all my bananas are now being turned into banana bread. Since I love fall baking I am trying to decide whether to use fresh apples or pumpkin along with the bananas. We bought some amazing Galas & some Granny Smith. I wanted to save them for a pie or something filled & gooey...Decisions, decisions! I think I will have to sleep on this & decide in the morning. I ended up using the rest of my bananas in waffles...mmmmm so good with homemade pumpkin butter!
